Went here today on a super quiet day Friday around 1 pm, met a super helpful staff member I think his name was Sherwin! Super fast and efficient service and I was pleasantly surprised. Going here during their slow days will be your best bet to getting good customer service!

We've been here a couple of times for relatively small purchases and the Customer Service is Great! This last time they really went above and beyond for us. We needed some small trim pieces to repair a couple of areas in our home. I wish I knew the name of the man that helped us. He listened to our needs, helped us find the right boards and cut them perfectly. When you get this kind of excellent service, you definitely want to tell others and come back often.

Always a good selection and good product. But the customer experience is always very challenging. Certainly not catered to the residential customer. For the smoothest experience make sure you know exactly what it is that you want ahead of time. And be prepared to wait. It will always take considerably longer than you expect.
