Deep tissue massage & trigger point therapy are used to release, relax and help heal tight and painful muscles and tendons. A focused approach is used to zero in on the main causative issue(s) to specifically target and resolve the problem. You can fully expect that there will be improvements. Billing accepted for Blue Cross, RCMP, DVA, Greenshield, Empire Life, and ICBC.
