As a first time user. I had a great experience. I received guide and help needed to get through the laundry process. Staff are thoughtful and pleasant. Thank you for kind words to my daughter as well.

They are the most expensive laundry mat in the lower mainland. They close to early throughout the week for most daytime workers to get there. They play their music which most who do laundry there do not like to listen to. They are very nice though and the place is nice and clean.

I've been taking my laundry here for drop off service for a few months now. I have never had any problems, my laundry is always fresh and clean in a timely manner and I always receive great customer service!
