AWFUL customer service. having issues with my account - the branches have had no issues with letting me withdrawal money, the customer service on the phone had mentioned any cibc would be fine. today i went in and they refused to let me access my pay and said i had to go to newton despite NOW customer service saying again any branch will do. so now im screwed on all of my bills since some branch manager wanted to be a super hero and refuse to give me my earned money. thanks cibc!

This CIBC location is super busy. There were like 4 tellers working and it still took 30 mins to get service. The line up extended all the way outside and it was barely moving. There are free parking outside. One guy did come out and asked what each customer wanted to do. However, all of the customer needed assistance from the teller. He was hoping that transactions can be done on the ATM machine and unfortunately that was a no. The bank outside looks big. However, inside is super small.

I've been here twice to pick up bank drafts or certified checks. They were always able to find them quickly and seemed reasonably diligent about checking my IDs. The first time that I was there, when it was a bit busy, I really liked that they had one guy devoted to pulling people out of line to show them how to accomplish their task at the ATMs. It helped free up the tellers to help people with tasks that only the tellers can do.
