I would like to say that I posted a request and less than 2 minutes after I placed the request (on Good Friday), I got a call back. Mike was very, very helpful and pleasant to work with. He helped us resolve an incompatible video card issue, fixing our mouse issues as well as ensuring I can get my laptop to print to my computer all remotely. Very professionally well done and trustworthy too. No red flags. We are a family that does gaming and I am also a full-time university student so I cannot afford downtime or lots of precious time trying to get my computer issues fixed when they occur (which also seem to occur right around exam times too). Thanks so very, very much, Mike. I will definitely refer him!
