@Raman team leader was very calm, patient, helpful and confident. Her energy was on top. I had to wait as she was helping someone else which was ok as i was free. But there should me someone else to help her and take the other costumer.

It was a toss up between getting a new real laptop,or a new charger for my chrome book. They didn’t have the charger I wanted,but had several brands with different changeable heads. The person helping me looked at my charger and told me told me power stuff about it.she suggested I just go to the actually computers website and see if I can order a charger from them. So I did that, charger should arrive in 2days.

Today was the worst experience at mobile section. I waited there in line for 4 hours to reach customer service to get the plan and new phone it was already 8:00 pm before me customers took more than hour. The customer representative, Anvyi who was speaking Urdu was helping me then I was about to get phone there was another customer representative at back was hurring her to finish so they can take care of all customer in the line. They got rude to me in the last which made me feel insulted. I think It was not only me got treated like this there might be other customers also . The customers are more important they should be satisfied and all question should be answered....read full review
