I spoke over the phone about my issues and how it's causing me breathing problems. It turns out exactly like they advised, it was a disconnected duct that's been leaking dust into my place. I also received additional advise about my booster fan. Very happy and would definitely request their full service when my building is doing maintenance again.tldr: good advice, service in good faith, professional, knowledgeable

Locally owned business that you can trust. They do excellent work whether it be commercial or residential. Feel safe knowing the guys there will get the job done with great efficiency.

Air-Vac came over to clean the Dryer Vent. They first went into the house to blow the lint that were stuck inside and then they later went outside to the vent and started blowing to get the stuff out. It was a bit noisy but we did see stuff flying out of the vent. So I guess they cleaned the vent very well. I am happy that my dryer and the vent/connection to outside is all clean and clear. The job took about 10 mins. They were prepared and had their ladders ready. They also had all the extension cord ready to start working when they arrive on-site.
