James was fantastic; kept me informed of the date/time of arrival, and once here quickly diagnosed the problems with our furnace, and within a couple hours he had replaced parts and flushed the system. Price was reasonable and the best part was that he took TIME to EXPLAIN details on what/why/how and gave pointers for how to care for/use the furnace safely.Services: Heating system maintenance
