I have been member for few months now and I really enjoy the gym. The gym is very big and lots of room for workout and lots of machines so dont have to wait too long. The sauna is very helpful for after gym to relax and help my muscles. I recommend everyone come gym.
Been coming here for 3 months now and it's a great gym. Love love love the sauna and cold plunge. Delair at the front desk is always very welcoming when I come and makes the gym a friendly environment.
All the staff members at flex fitness are very dedicated and helpful. Based on my own experience, Bav and Katie (staff members at flex fitness) always treat me and my sister very nicely and are ready to help us all the time. Flex fitness is very clean and maintained gym. All the equipments and machines are new, the change rooms are very clean, in addition they also do have a different section for women. I would recommend this gym to everyone as I hadn’t found such a good environment and a properly maintained gym like flex fitness in Surrey or delta.
