I was so grateful that they squeezed me in (I am new to the Okanagan and didn’t have a salon and needed my undercut maintenance done) and I had Jerri. She was so friendly and professional and a great listener. They charge fair prices and it was the same as my gender neutral pricing I got back in Vancouver!! Can’t recommend them enough! The receptionist was super friendly on the phone and in person as well! The place was very clean and inviting ☺️

While visiting Summerland last week, I had the urge to get my hair cut. As luck would have it, I snagged a last minute cancellation at the Beauty Box. I am absolutely delighted with my haircut! Kirstin was amazing and I will most definitely be back.

Iv never been, but have heard nothing but raving reviews. I called to book am appt before Christmas understanding that I likely won't get in till after the new year. But surprise, there was a cancelation, and im booked for before Christmas!!! Ellen was my stylist. She was very very busy, the salon was busy, it was buzzing. I brought a couple problems (self induced mistakes) to Ellen to tackle, and tackle she did. I was there past closing with her while she worked her magic. I couldn't be happier with her patience, determination, demeanor, and the final result. I'm booked again to continue the work, and will continue to book with her for normal maintenance... read full review
