I have been a customer at this location multiple times over the past two years and I have always had a fantastic experience! The two ladies at the front desk are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free regardless of what service I am needing on my vehicle. The mechanics always do excellent work, completing the job quickly and thoroughly, as well, always giving me the best advice regarding services needed or not required. Their expertise and attention to detail are impressive. I highly recommend OK Tire for top-notch service time and time again!

Hi, I normally don’t post reviews, but I felt obligated in this case. My car just had a flat tire and I brought it in to which they promptly patched on the spot even though they were very busy. They told me that unfortunately it was unrepairable. They tried to find another tire for me in their shop, and even called their competitors to help me out. Sadly, there was no luck with this, but I felt they went above and beyond in the service. And then after all that, they didn’t even charge me!!!! Clearly, it’s not about the money at this place, but about providing good service. Thank you very much for your efforts and compassion, Andrew.
