Called Denis in a panic after calling around and getting little to no response from others for a month. I had a leak in my living room ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom for more than 6 months. I had a week to finish a fairly ambitious renovation and the new floors were going in at the end of the week. Denis responded within 20 mins and I had an appointment that same day. Not only did he fix that leak, he also looked at a tap in the master bath and found that all the seals had been compromised which would have likely caused a very expensive flood. Called Big D in a panic because we just moved in to our new place and found out we had a clogged kitchen sink and no hot water pressure.Denis came the next day and sorted out all our problems, he was fast efficient and a total pro. The price was fair. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend and will use this company in the future.

Burst pipe. Denis came same day, during a snowstorm and crawled under my trailer (which had about a foot of water). I pointed, he said leave it with me, and about a half hour later, I was all fixed up!!!
