I'm am the owner of Happy Carpet Cleaners located in Sooke. In my dealings with McDerMaids over the years, I have found them to be very professional, detail oriented and honest. As such, they get very busy and booked out a few weeks. They try to accommodate people as best they can, but as I can attest in my own busn, just cannot get to everyone. And no ones perfect, but if there is an issue, be patient, let them know, and they will look after it. I have no problem referring their busn to people who ask me for a cleaning service.
