As a single mom with a toddler, I rely very heavily on my car. My car broke down in the Save On Foods parking lot so I walked over (in tears) to Sidney Tire because it was across the street. I was very rudely turned away, and they said they were too busy for the next two weeks to even take a look. Steve at Quality was amazing. He took time out of his day (after hours) to get my car started and drive it to the shop so I didn't have to tow it, then got it fixed in a day. I'm SO appreciative and grateful. I will absolutely be back!!
Customer service is top notch, always. Excellent service and attention to detail. We had taken my dad’s car to another service centre out by the aviation museum to have a once over done as we were selling it after his passing. He had always gone there, so we took it there. While the other place was nice, they said we had issues that it would have to go to the dealership to have fixed. We took it over to Qualiity because, well, I trust Steve. He fixed the problem then and there, it was just a fuse. Apparently the other place even sent us away without back up lights, even though they’d checked “lights” on the form they gave us.
