I got to know this gym by searching online when I decided to start exercising regularly to overcome the slight depression I had been suffering from since I moved to Canada. I started with Peninsula Crossfit many years ago, I have taken a few breaks over the years but now that I'm back, I remember the reason I have enjoyed it so much. The community and positivity helps to reaffirm your accomplishments. Ownership has really created a welcoming atmosphere for all levels and ages. I would recommend PCF to anyone looking for a new challenge and accountability in their health. Lots of great workouts with great people and great coaches too!
