“I am so disappointed with this company! From the beginning they made huge mistakes causing delays . We bought 2 interior louvered doors that were $1200/each and didn’t come painted. Our patio door was installed damaged and 2 years later the seal has already gone on it. I called THREE weeks ago and spoke with someone about it. They said they’d get back to me; they haven’t and likely won’t. I spent so much money with them, and they messed up pretty much everything they did and have never done A THING to compensate us. Meanwhile though, I’m glad they have that new fancy showroom. At least our hard earned money is going somewhere! I would not recommend or EVER use salmon arm window and door again!!<br><br>UPDATE: Since leaving this review, the operations manager reached out and had the patio door with the broken seal replaced at no cost to us. The replacement was done quickly, efficiently, and properly.“
