“I was changing a door handle on my 97 truck. During that process you have to push a retaining clip in and this one was a bit rusty. I was able to get the lock cylinder out but the retainer would not come out. I called Master Locksmith for some advice so that I did not have to replace it. Well he was very helpful and polite on the phone. Now my door lock is in place, and I am thankful for the advice.“
