Greenway Automotive provides excellent and understanding service. They are known for accommodating customers in emergencies and fitting them in quickly. The staff is kind and helpful, even waiving charges for services when necessary. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and efficient work, often receiving quick diagnosis and repairs. Many have received free services, such as replacing brake bulbs, and have been impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the team. The shop is praised for its honesty, responsiveness, and knowledge, with some customers mentioning they wish the shop was closer to home. At the very end of the day, I went to Greenway needing a brake light fixed. Not only were they helpful and courteous but the bulb was replaced quickly and efficiently and with no charge. I live in the neighborhood so I asked some neighbors if they had used Greenway, everyone I spoke to had received excellent service there and would unreservedly recommend Greenway for auto service and repairs. I for one am very happy to have a service like this close by, I very much appreciated the friendly atmosphere, and in future I will be taking my car there for servicing.
Absolutely stellar service all-around. We had been hearing an odd sound on our drive up to Canada, and took it to Greenway to get the issue investigated. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, but ordered the part in case we needed the work done and had us up and running the next day. Beyond that, they managed to tidy up some work that had been left somewhat undone by my last shop free of charge, and let me know what had happened.
Couldn't recommend this place more. They were kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and responsive. I wish to high heaven they were local to me. 5 stars all around!
Had an issue with my vehicle and called the shop. Jason was very helpful and got me in same day to have a look. It turned out the issue is something I could correct easily myself at home. I mentioned that my brakes were squealing and they had a look. The quote they gave me was accurate and the price reasonable. They got it done the same day! Based on the service I received I feel confident in bringing my vehicle to this honest and trustworthy shop. I will definitely be returning here for all my servicing and repairs.
