David and his team did an outstanding job from helping us buy our home (twice) to selling our home that they staged beautifully in less than a week on the market, over asking! So glad I found this real estate group randomly using google.My first property manager was a referral from a family friend but he turned out to be basically mute with communications and all but useless when it came to helping us find a tenant.Complete opposite experience with Tang and Kung Real Estate Group. They helped us find a tenant pretty much within the first month of listing our rental unit, is very receptive to questions, responds very promptly, and was able to answer any and all questions/concerns that we had.I highly recommend this group if you're looking for a company to manage your property.
