I had an excellent experience with Sonex Computers. Johnson, the owner, took the time to explain all the upgrade options for my old desktop and clearly outlined what needed to be done. He upgraded it with a new SSD and reinstalled Windows 10, completing everything within just 2 hours. The computer now runs like brand new! We are very happy with the service, professionalism, and quick turnaround. I highly recommend Johnson and Sonex Computers to anyone needing reliable computer support.

Went into Sonex today to see if the owner could assist me with a dell laptop problem. Although he doesn’t work on laptops, he graciously showed me how to fix the problem at home and refused payment..I recommend this shop! Rosemarie B
