We hired Reno Stars to do our bathroom renovation in our condo. Their pricing was competitive to others we received and we wanted to support a local business. We proceeded with hiring Ryan and his team to do the project. They were incredibly professional and even with material delays of over a week which were out of their control they were able to complete the project on budget and on time. The tile work we had done is SPECTACULAR and worth every dollar. They did everything to our specifications and when we had feedback on small concerns they were addressed immediately. I am so happy we went with Ryan and Jasper for our renovation. Here is why they deserve 5 stars:
Attention to Detail: Out of all the contractors I interviewed, they were the only ones to bring a tape measure to the estimate. This led to a very accurate quote and no financial surprises.
Communication: They set up a group chat that kept us in the loop constantly. They were transparent and responsive the whole time.
Flexibility: We made many changes during the process. The crew was patient, accommodating, and handled every request professionally.

We worked with Reno Stars this June and July and can't be any happier working with Ryan and his team. We had a tight budget and we didn’t want to spend too much on an old property. He came to the location, took a lot of notes of our demands, provided recommendations. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I thought Reno Stars is a reliable renovation contractor after I met with Ryan. He also presented a flexible payment plan for the renovations. We kept communicating through Whatsapp and his response time was quick and helpful. There were minor hiccups after and during the renovations but he was able to get them fixed quickly.
