Shakil and his staff are great. They go out of their way to help their customers. I am so impressed by the work they did on my mom's car and the care and kindness they have shown to their customers. I highly recommend Pennzoil & their prices are really good.

Asif and his team always treat us well - one of the reasons we go to Richmond and the quality of work is very high. They not only perform their services expertly, but find other issues that you may not be aware of so you know what may need attention immediately or in the future - in a non-pushy or salesy way which we appreciate.
