I had an excellent experience with No.1 Collision MB. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Eve, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her communication and dedication made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. This collision centre was a life saver for me! I couldn't find anyone to fix my Tesla that had a rear end collision. All service centres I called told me they can't fit me in for 3 to 5 months.
I called this centre and they are part of the No. 1 Collision Group, which is authorized by Tesla as well.
They took my car within a week as soon as ICBC gave the approval. Michael was the estimator and Mandy was the Office Administrator that I dealt with many times over the phone and email.
