So I had found my misplaced earbuds cause the current ones went on the fritz.
Called EVERYWHERE couldn't find a place to diagnose or replace the tiny battery.
Found JP Cellular Battery in Rmd, store was great! Very informative but most of all HONEST!!!!!
I don't usually write reviews but as a customer, coming across nice and sincere small business owners are a RARITY nowadays. It's a presently tough economy and in their field of business they could have easily made the best of every situation BUT integrity was at the forefront of JP Cellular Battery.
Reinstates my faith.

Came across this place as I was looking for somewhere to diagnose my dead phone. Service was awesome, friendly and honest. They couldn't fix it but also honest enough to tell me the truth. Thank you for your honesty and quick service.
Also the store is bright and clean, with delicious coffee. Highly recommend. Speaks English and Chinese.
I am very grateful to JP, the owner of this store, who is professional and patient, and everything has been repaired after their repairs. Repairing Pingguo's phone in a specialty store takes a long time and is expensive, but JP repaired it in a few hours at a reasonable price and first-class service. The store is nice and high-end. The environment is very good. There are many customers and we are busy every day. However, the service is super good.
