Had an amazing experience with End of the Roll Richmond. Bill was informative, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and easy to work with. I went to many flooring stores in Richmond and found that they had the best selection among them all. I would highly recommend going here for all of your needs!
I chose End of the Roll in Richmond because of their good reviews, and I could not have been happier with my choice. Each step of the process was positive, from my experience in their store, with their knowledgeable, no-pressure salespeople, to the eventual installation of the carpet a week later. Every employee I dealt with was courteous and helpful. There were no surprises and the prices was very good. I would absolutely use them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their products and/or services.
The staff in the shop were courteous and helpful. They didn't try to hide any hidden costs or overpromise on when the work can get done. They give a warranty on the work (even though they don't employ the contractor directly). The contractor they set us up with was prompt, did everything as expected, was friendly and courteous. I'm very happy with the service we got. No surprises and the work was finished on time.
