Easiest car renting experience of my life. I almost canceled my reservation because of all the bad reviews but I am glad I didn't. My flight was delayed over an hour but I still was able to walk right up to the counter and get the keys, walked right out to the car (very clean) and drive away. Less than 5 minutes total. Drop off was just as easy. And they gave me back the deposit the next day. The staff was very nice and professional. Will definitely rent from them again.

Very good experience with Allen - everything was handled transparently and drop off in another location went without a hitch (including the fees charged to my card which were fully online with what was expected). We read the other poor reviews and were nearly put off, but I can’t support those - we were fully satisfied.

We rented with full insurance, but we had 2 flat tires and the assistance we got was really bad, we were luck we found people Who helped us... The company had no interest in our situation. . In adition, when we went to change the tyres we realised all 4 tyres were in poor conditions... Till now, waiting for an answer to our complaint
