Great price. Ann was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions without hesitation. Great store front representative for their showroom. Pick up location differs from this address and upon pick up day, it did not go smoothly at all. As we are on crunch time, I was freaking out that our order was not at the location it was promised. Ann remained calm and kept in touch with me the entire time until the issue was solved. The guy who helped at the warehouse was quick to drive to the other location to grab our order and met up to transfer the items over.
Note for future buyers to proactively call the warehouse prior to picking up.

We just had the carpeting on our stairs replaced and we are very happy with the end result. Hakan and his staff were outstanding. The installers worked very hard and we couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend them.
