This 5-star review is for Wesley.Today is my first time at the Richmond Branch. I noticed that the staff here are way nicer and more helpful than at the Downtown and Metrotown branches.I bought a universal laptop charger and a toaster oven today, but when I asked Wesley about a gaming laptop, he was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained to me in details of the pros and cons of each brand, model, and screen size.I will buy from this location again

I had a truly outstanding experience at the Best Buy Richmond store with the individuals in charge of the TV section, moe the manager and Han. They dedicated the necessary time to assist me in selecting the perfect television. Their exceptional service and expertise truly stood out to me. Ophelia's customer service skills could really use some coaching. every question i asked was responded with a super unfriendly tone that seems like every customer should have the best buy policy handbook memoried.
