Qasim and Abhi are among the most knowledgeable and impressive workers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They were efficient, pleasant, and very well organized, and they did a remarkable job of installing our ductless mini-split heat pump system. Prior to the work day, Arde, the comfort adviser, was very helpful in explaining all the key aspects of installation and functioning of the unit. Operations manager Jeff came by and helped us by answering several questions we had during the latter stages of the work. We found a gas leak in our recently acquired home. Ashton Plumbing was able to schedule a gas plumbing specialist (Danny) in a very short notice. Danny was very nice and very good explaining all the steps and reason for anything. He even gave me a brief explanation of how to care for our boiler. At the end, I am very satisfied with the work done.
Bali was professional, polite and personable. He provided lots of information and was clear with the procedures. The initial job drain snaking was completed he suggested additional work that was necessary. The old outdated garburator needed to either be removed or replaced. We decided removal was the better option with his advice. Everything was done quickly, cleanly and thoroughly. Thank you.
