Had my first hair trim with Chloe, a precise and diligent hair stylist who listened to what I was looking for in a haircut (which doesn't always occur). I am most pleased and will return!
Hair type: Fine hair, but Chloe's cut added volume!

This is the third time I had Eco and she never disappoints me! Exemplary haircutting/colouring techniques and great experience. The only flaw is that Eco got interrupted by phone calls twice as there was no receptionist on the spot. It would be perfect if Eco could concentrate on clients without being required to look after admin stuff at the same time.

The skills and the service provided by stylist Eco was perfect . The experience was great as we shared so much about Japanese culture and food of course ?. However, she paused a few times during the service because of the phone calls and walk in customers enquiries . There is no receptionist and the administration work is rested in the hands of the hairstylists. I think It will definitely lower the service quality of the salon in the long term. Hope the management can see the problem and try yo correct it .
