We purchased our house a year ago and have been enjoying our radiant floors. One day during the cold snap, we noticed that the floors weren't emitting any heat. AB Tech was recommended by a friend of ours so I called Bruce and explained the situation. Good news/bad news: it was a Friday and he was in the middle of a big job and couldn't come until Monday. Then an hour later, he called to say he was breaking away from the big job to come look. He noted that the boiler wasn't serviced in a while and the pilot needed replacing. He spent a couple hours on this when I know he had to get back to the big job, but he was committed. He just came back today to finish the service. I'm grateful to Bruce and his crew for taking the time to help us. It would have been a cold weekend.
Ab-Tech is our go-to for plumbing issues! We have used these guys for 3 or 4 issues such as a leaky faucet, a burst pipe, and a faucet replacement. The guys are polite, efficient, honest and good communicators. The number is stored in my phone in case of emergencies.. I just hope I don't have any more issues!
AB Tech replaced a leaky kitchen faucet. Easy to reach, good communication, arrived when scheduled, reasonable price. Not a challenging job I suppose but the experience was just right. Will use again. The attending plumber treated the homeowner, my elderly dad, with patience and respect.
