I switched salons because I really believe in the environmentally friendly things they do, but have stayed because Pam is amazing and has done the best cuts and colours I've ever had!

I was in town from Toronto for a wedding and needed to get cleaned up with little notice. Birch & Lace was recommended to me by the groom so I made an appointment online and turned up a few days later with no expectations. My experiences with haircuts in Toronto are nearly always the same thing: never truly pleased with the cut I get and the folks doing the cutting don't seem particularly interested. I get it - sometimes it can be boring to try to engage with strangers all day and it is likely easy to fall into a routine of asking the same questions and keeping things pretty superficial.
