Not sealed properly around a post and connection to deck. Burnt the inside of my skylight. They started a 500 square foot flat roof in September and did not finish until March. Were using blow torches to melt the ice. Did not clean up the garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. Now out of business and never returned my calls and emails regarding my leak last January. Darren made appointments and showed up on time, not wasting my time. He provided a written quote and his crew was able complete a removal and re-roof in the necessary weather window. It looks good and I expect it to last the 40 year warranty period.Services: Roof inspection
