We had a problem with our sump pump flooding - I called Striker on a Sunday and by Wednesday they had dispatched a plumber who was friendly and fast working! The whole system was changed out within two hours. And the plumber didn’t mind my crazy dogs barking at him the whole time either. What a great guy!
We hired Reid to come do our gas hot water tank and it was a bit of a headache to do as it's in a fairly tight space, he had to do a bunch of extra stuff to replace it. Reid was able to do the job no problem. We are very pleased and satisfied with his work. He is very professional and is a super nice guy. He takes his time to explain stuff to you as well. I highly recommend getting him to do any work you need done. You will be satisfied with his work. Thanks again Reid keep up the great work!!!.
We had a leaking main water shut off valve. Reid was quick to reply to my text message, and showed up as promised. He was professional and efficient. I would have no hesitation to use his services again.
