Absolute garbage costumer service. Sold me the wrong part twice, told me they would order the proper part on Monday, I called Wednesday no parts ordered and someone would have to call me the next day. Seems like there's only 2 people that can help you somewhat and they are nearly impossible to contact. Worst service will not go back. Finally called Quesnel, part was sent out that afternoon and will be here today.

Fabulous service ! As always, friendly and takes pains to make sure I’m warm in my home for as little as possible ! Thanks again Erik for getting my old furnace up and running again!
