They seemed promising at first to help out with a nightmare situation. But then there were issues with the floor. 1st floor the restoration company had not patched and leveled sub flooring correctly so entire floor needed redone again. 2nd time water was getting under the floor, a floor in a bathroom should be able to handle some water on it, should be water proof enough for.a.child having a bath or shower. This didn't come close, they tried to turn the blame on me saying I didn't wait for silicone to dry. I had another professional look at it and flooring was not installed correctly. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. We knew nothing and they answered all our questions. It was very exciting to be able to take samples home! that sure made a difference. Same day purchase was fantastic! Loved walking out w what i needed! def will be back!
