Recently our AC stopped working and I contacted PR heating/cooling on a weekend and left a message. I got a call back by 0800 Monday and a technician out a few hours later. Issue was fixed same day. I am SO impressed with the service. Thanks!!!

It is the start of the cold weather and my furnace just didn’t want to wake up to the chore of keeping me warm. I called Powell River heating in the morning and by the afternoon a starter igniter was replaced and the furnace returned to what it should be doing best. The tech, Matt, found the problem in under a minute and put in a new replacement part as soon as he found one at his office. I am grateful for the quick response and efficiency of this company.
