From customer service, patient care, the facility to efficiency, I give Powell River Optomeyes Eye Care a top 5 Star experience for my recent eye examination as well as contact lens purchase. Appointment was easily accessible, with minimal wait time onsite. Facility there was clean; equipment was current and effective. The team--from tech/front desk: Emma, office manager: Jaimie, to Dr. Melanie Hennenfent--all exhibited courtesy, care, and kindness toward the customer/patient. My husband and I had decided to call this optometrist after having our appointment cancelled at another office, only to wait another 2 months for another. We are so happy that we did. Melanie was amazing, knowledgeable and very forthcoming .She found a problem with my husband's eyes and it was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Optomeyes Eye Care for their efficiency and wonderful staff. This will be our opthomolgist from now on.

AMAZING experience! Dr. Melanie Hennenfent is incredibly knowledgeable. I had an issue 3 years ago that none of my drs could figure out and she identified it as soon as I explained it. I also suffer from dry eyes and she gave me options other than the standard eye drops. Very professional environment and a great assortment of lenses! Highly recommend!
