Appointment was easily accessible, with minimal wait time onsite. Facility there was clean; equipment was current and effective. The team--from tech/front desk: Emma, office manager: Jaimie, to Dr. Melanie Hennenfent--all exhibited courtesy, care, and kindness toward the customer/patient. While Emma was multi-tasking--minding the front desk as well as prepping me for the eye examination--overall atmosphere in the office was clockwork like smooth and calm. Aside from being down-to-earth and welcoming friendly, The doc: Melanie's diagnostic skill was attune to my need.
