Absolutely horrible service. I had called one week in advance to book an appointment for a spray tan needed for a very important wedding. They changed working hours and completely dismissed the appointment I had already booked in advanced. I called to confirm my appointment to only then find out my appointment made via speaking to a representative was cancelled and I did not get one single email/phone call/notification of this change/cancellation.After speaking to the salon, all they had to say was unfortunately we can’t give you the tan leaving me scrambling to find another salon that can help me out.They couldn’t even give me the common courtesy to CALL and let...read full review

DO NOT SIGN UP for their membership plan cause they keep charging you with so many lame excuses.I have signed up for their regular plan no promotion or anything and at the time of registration I've been told if I want to cancel I have to notify them end of the month prior.On May 29th I stopped by and asked for the cancelation they said it has to be last day of the month cause the system don't let them to cancel now.I went back on the May 31st front desk girl helped me with cancelation and said June 1st will be my last payment and then I'm done. Absolutely horrible company, beware when you want to cancel especially if you move, they charged me $100 to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP of 5 years... assholes....Beds were hardly clean.Oh and the worst customer service !!!
