I 110% reccomend Mercedes! Having someone down in your business can be very nerve wracking! But she is so professional about it, I haven't been uncomfortable at all. so we all know how it could be totally uncomfortable to be that up close and personal with someone that you don't know. I felt completely at ease at this appointment which was surprising because it was my very first time getting waxed! Mercedes is completely professional, and friendly. it was like visiting a friend. The atmosphere was great which is a plus because I definitely have anxiety, and don't get me started on the results! I will never go back to shaving. Never. Go. Back.
