We contracted with SME to work with our organization, supporting and facilitating our strategic planning, in spring 2022. We were so fortunate to work with Jenna Sedmak, who so capably, professionaly and competently lead the pre-strategic planning surveys and interviews, which set the stage for our online strategy planning sessions. The SME process, with Jenna's leadership, kept us focused and on task. We were so lucky as a board to have Anthony and the SME team support us through an overdue strategic creation process for a not-for-profit Society based in Vancouver, B.C.

We were able to create a new strategy over two days of working sessions. This was possible given how well-prepped we were to jump right into the work. We now have a new mission and vision to work towards with a blueprint to get us there.
