Absolutely outstanding service from Tammy and Maria! I dropped off my suits for dry cleaning and, despite my mistake with the timing, they went out of their way to ensure I got them on time for a wedding. Their exceptional customer service and accommodating nature truly saved the day. I can't recommend this place enough for their dedication and kindness. Thank you both for going above and beyond!
So I want to share my experience with Busy Bee in Port Moody. My daughter dropped her grad dress off and we were to pick it up Friday as grad was Saturday. The front staff couldn't locate the dress. The good news is how amazing the owner Tammy was at locating the dress at their other location where it was being cleaned and found it and actually delivered it to my house in time Saturday morning. She kept me in the loop at her progress of finding it and I was so thankful. I can't thank them enough for being so helpful and finding her one and only dress. Appreciate you so much and she had a lovely grad day.
Had been going here from before the current owners purchased this location.Staff are friendly and no issues with service. The average review is because I got really cheesed they added on both a considerable Fuel Surcharge and an Environmental fee (to clean my clothes on-site) plus auto prompt a tip at payment. While I recognize these are costs of the business, they should be added into their base price.I think this pricing practice is predatory, misleading and I am not aware of any other local dry cleaner who ads these fees (and I’ve checked).I expressed this concern with the owner who didn’t really seem to sympathize.
