“I went in last week as I needed help installing a new lock on my motorcycle monolock case (Givi). I had purchased a new Givi lock as I had to break the old one as I was unable to open the previous lock and had to break it while at camping in Chilliwack.

Dave agreed to help me with no hesitation whatsoever and he helped me replace the lock even though it was a bit tedious as the lock was not easily accessible.

We changed the lock and unfortunately, the case might have been damaged when I had to force it open at camping. The new lock works fine but because of the case…it was a waste of time in the end and I felt really bad for Dave as he gave it his all!!

Dave went way and above and beyond in helping me when he didn’t really have to and could have just told me he dosent deal with those type of locks for motorcycle cases like mine….instead with no hesitation he helped me and even though I insisted he wouldn’t accept any money for the sale because the case would still not operate (not his fault). I will have to send it back to Givi and claim it under warranty.

From my past experiences, Dave runs an honest business and always does his best to help all his customers and goes above and beyond! Please be kind and support this local business and if I could I would give them a ‘locksmith of the year’ ?!
While assisting me he also helped customers over the phone and his pricing was more than fair in my opinion compared to what other locksmiths charge. Of course, some customers are rude and want the best deal even when they are located all the way in Langley.? (I overheard; I might have charged the customer double especially after wanting a ‘rush’ service because it was the lock for a washroom at a ⛽️ gas station way out in Langley…go figure.

Thanks once again Dave I appreciate your help and the lady who I believe was your wife who offered me water to drink on that very hot day last week.

I tried many different places to copy my key, and someone from canadian Tire mentioned this place can help me.
I finally got my key and am so happy for it. Also their price was cheaper than the copy machine in walmart! My must go to place!!!“

“I was trying to find a place that would cut a mailbox lock. I tried Home Depot, Rona and etc. No luck. I knew for mailbox key, I would have to go to a locksmith. I got the mailbox key cut for $5.60 including taxes. Luckily, I had it cut on the weekend too. The owner was super friendly. I called and she asked what key I wanted to cut. I told her its a mailbox key. She made a trip to her store to cut it. Thank-you to her. She said it wasn't a hassle because she had a couple other appointments lined up after me. I am happy I finally got the key cut. She said she can't open her shop on regular hours because her shop is small and due to Covid, it was really difficult to operate. I can understand why. She said she can only have 1 person in her store at a time. I am happy that the key works great.“
