“I called on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Patrick. We had two old-style florescent light fixtures in a storage room. The light bulbs were dead and are no longer made. Patrick asked me to send him a photo. He texted me back 5 minutes later with a solution suggestion and a photo of it from Home Depot. It looked good to me.
