Fantastic place for pre- and post-natal care in a clean and supportive space. In particular, Ashley is an exceptional RMT due to her extensive understanding of the complex and unique physical impacts of pregnancy. Ashley's RMT treatments are specialized and collaborative, and the time she takes to fully understand her patient's needs lends the highest level and quality of care. As a first time mum, I relied on regular RMT appointments pre- and post-pregnancy to alleviate or manage pain and discomfort. Highly recommended.

It's been a really great experience with Bump. Alyssa helped me out a lot with Physio and instructions which helped me regain my range of motion post lower back disc herniation. I needed it to stay active in my field. Thanks guys!

I have loved every single visit to Bump Physio. I saw Megan after my first daughter's birth and it made SUCH a huge difference for me! I'm now seeing Alyssa for prenatal visits (just an availability thing) and she is JUST as fantastic. Not only has their work made a big difference for me and my body, it's so evident that they care. They're clearly trauma informed and show utmost respect for me and my body; they're friendly and kind; and it's so easy to feel like they just want the best for you and your health. Can't recommend Bump enough.
