I've been using Thomson Industries for several years now. They installed my furnace. The service, communication and pricing is always excellent!Recently, I had routine maintenance done on my furnace to take advantage of a promotion they were having and as usual, everything was great!The technician, Holden, was extremely professional, efficient, friendly and fast!

Had our furnace short-cycling last night and not staying lit more than 5 seconds. Thompson managed to find us a tech for the next morning. Volodymyr showed up first thing and got the problem, the flame sensor, fixed and everything working quickly. Kind, professional, and efficient service from call to repair. Great company to deal with.
