This company was referred to us by a friend. After having no heat for 2 days (thinking we just needed a new thermostat), we finally gave Dariush a call and he answered even in the middle of the night. He booked us in for the next day. Very accommodating with changes in the time that we agreed on. Dariush was friendly, professional, informative, skilled & knowledgeable. He quickly found out the problem why our furnace wasn’t working. He showed us the defective part and gave us options of either replace the part that was broken or replace the old furnace altogether. When I first purchased my home 8 years ago, I was advised by another company that I needed a new gas furnace. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion and Star Heating saved the day.
