Had an industrial piercing done, right away i felt it was off but thought maybe it just needed to heal. By 2 weeks it hadn’t felt any better, in fact, it was putting a lot of pressure on my ear and giving me headaches. I took the bar out and saw it had cut into the surface (scapha) of my ear. The angle of the bar and placement of the holes was done incorrectly. I had to let it heal and re-pierced at another place, and it’s fine now. Waste of $100+.

I had a great experience getting a piercing done here. It was quick and easy. If you're booking online, make sure your appointment is confirmed, Teena contacted me the day after I booked and she's really nice.

I can't speak to her piercing work but, like other reviews warn, she has a lack of professionalism and incompetency in running her business. Her booking system "does not sync" with her calendar is the excuse she gave for why she can't fulfill appointments made from it. Well, maybe take it down then or replace it with one that does? Total waste of time.
