I have been having issues with mice for over a year now. I had a Craigslist guy come in and put down some commercial grade poison in the beginning. I asked him about sealing up any holes in the exterior, and he said "it's impossible to mouse proof a house." The mice died and then came back multiple times over the last year, and we could no longer reach the exterminator who had guaranteed results. Had Protech over for the first time earlier today and I was very impressed. Bo was very kind and knowledgeable, and after he set some bait and traps, he found/covered the hole in the exterior where he figured out the mice were gaining access. It's only been a few hours, so I will have to update with results, but I am very satisfied so far. His price also came in as quoted over the phone which was less than the Craigslist guy from a year ago.

Very thorough work and great customer service. They serviced the office I work at for ants and did a fantastic job. I also used them for a required flea inspection after moving out of a apartment rental unit as well - fair price, detailed inspection, and next-day report submission.
